Katherine (Katie) Thompson is a seasoned banking professional. Her background includes Retail, Business Banking, and Private Banking. In addition, she has had the advantage of working for financial institutions both large and small, from the regional mega-bank to the community bank.

    

As a 20 year veteran of the packaging industry, Bill gained experiences in executive level manufacturing, sales, and general management roles with leading packaging companies. He founded Marshall Grace & Company to provide management and executive recruiting services as an insider to the packaging industry. Bill was a proud graduate of Penn State University where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering.
